Arun, a productive programmer having almost 10 years experience in software development and delivery, was associated with Oracle, Infosys and most recently with ProGen, a startup, where he was the Head of Engineering. Arun was involved in the development of many ERP modules including Order Management, Price Planning, Deal Management and Sourcing, as well as a Business Intelligence Suite, during his stint at Oracle and ProGen. Arun is a Silver Medalist at Master of Computer Applications from the University of Kerala. He is an experienced Java/J2EE, PL/SQL programmer and loves working with JavaScript and jQuery. His current area of focus is Ruby and Rails and using the Cloud platform.

Suresh Iyer, a passionate programmer with over 10 years experience working in software product development and delivery, was associated with iSOFT, a Healthcare products company owned by CSC, and PSI Data Systems, an IT services company with a focus on the Banking domain. Suresh is a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut, and pursued his Diploma in Advanced Computing from C-DAC, Pune, studying at Amrita Institutions, Coimbatore. He is an experienced C#.net and Delphi programmer, with a keen interest in technologies and languages. He is a pure agilist and an ardent follower of lean thinking.

Banu, an Experienced Technologist with over 20 years experience, is an entrepreneur at heart. He cut his teeth in large enterprises like Tandem Computers (now part of HP) and Sprint in the US. He was the Chief Architect at Misys for the next-gen Bankfusion platform. He was a member of the CTO's office at Satyam Computers and was the CTO at GAVS Technologies. Banu also served as Vice-President of Software Engineering at Emmeskay Systems, which is now part of LMS International. He is passionate about software engineering and works with organizations to make technology decisions that drive their business strategy. His interests include SOA, agile methods and model driven approaches to development. Banu holds a Master's degree in Computer Applications from the University of Poona and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras.

Ram is the founder and CEO of Shiva Systems, an IT & Management consulting firm that specializes in wired and wireless networking, Statistical software, Logistics, SCM and open systems based software. Prior to founding Shiva, Ram Subramaniam, a serial entrepreneur, worked with Emirates Airlines in Dubai and played various leadership roles in IT, and Logistics and Supply chain automation with DOW Chemicals, Citi and Burlington Northern. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
